I always admire when I see a beaded bib worn as a necklace or attached to a neckline of a top. It is a fun project, the kind that somehow surprises you with what the outcome would be. I gathered, old trinkets, buttons, mismatch earrings, some beads and paper beads of course and proceeded to put together my own version of the beaded bib.

How to: Cut out a pattern from a felt of any color to fit your neckline. Gather beads, buttons, ribbons, etc….and lay them out on your pattern. I used E6000 to glue the big pieces, if you want to put seed beads into the mixture it’s better to sew it onto your piece. I don’t consider this a quick project because it involved laying out your beads and finding the right placement. After………it will be all worth it!

I finally got a chance to make something with Blister Pearl Pendant that I’ve had for years. Are you like me who likes to “impulse buy” (mostly with me this applies to buying beads) ? You end up with beads, pendants, findings ………..someday you can make into something when inspiration strikes:)

This is such a feminine piece!

This is such a cool piece that can be worn both old and young, men and women. What happens when you mix waxed cotton yarn, paper beads, firepolished crystals together? You will have the ultimate mixed media piece that is not only fashion forward but also something wearable. This will be just a part of my everyday piece jewelry.

I prefer wearing this piece as a bracelet.

If you can braid hair, you can do this 🙂

Finally put my tree up with the help of Lana. I was not sure if I wanted a big tree or the one that I had eight years ago from a Martha Stewart magazine. Since I wanted to hang all of my Christmas ornaments I decided on a big tree. My little grand daughter Lana was only interested the sheep ornament:)

I wanted to incorporate some paper beads in trimming the tree; tube beads, left over glass beads, cone beads……..an addition to my ever growing Christmas ornaments.

What’s Christmas without a big Snow Flake (a paper bead snowflake)!

And I’m not even done yet! It is a work in progress…….
Read MoreThe Paper Bead Princess Collection is simply elegant paper bead jewelry pieces that is wearable. When I make something, I always ask myself if it’s something I will wear otherwise it’s not worth making it. I love this bracelet, so feminine and delicate something you will treasure specially that the tiny beads takes patience to make.

My new pieces comes with “Paper Beads Princess” tag 🙂
