Dessert Bead Charms – day 273
Manou is another paper bead enthusiast who can turn paper beads into a work of art. She hand paints matryoskas and little dessert paper beads; cakes, cup cakes, sweet little tarts, how cool is that! I thought of a way to display these little yummies:)
Now, I know I can admire them as they hang from a mini dessert cake plate which sits on top of my studio table. What a nice way to take pictures of my beads………

What happens when you randomly cut your paper strips? You will end up with unique beads no two are alike totally OAK (One of A Kind)! Here’s how I did it 🙂
So many things you can do with these.
I thought they will look nice hanging on a chain as charms.
I knew I had a reason for buying these lucite fruit beads:)

I got caught in the excitement of the Mega Million fever last Friday! Of course I did not win anything, and wasted $5.00 on a ticket:) Throwing it away would practically mean throwing $5.00, so here it is as a winner! Before that, here’s how I did it.

You can also do it using stamps, first you have to soak the envelope in water to release the envelope from it, after it’s dry it’s ready to be turned into a piece of jewelry like this:
Titanic Bead
I love the National Geographic, the photography and colors. The latest issue has a pull out of the Titanic, we have seen and heard what happened to the Titanic over and over again but it never fails to touch our emotions. Something so tragic like that can be a reminder of how short life is…….
Here it is made into beads! I have beads that I thought will go well with it but I need your inputs and ideas. It will be a fun project.
We can make this into a necklace, bracelet or a man’s necklace, what do you think. Which beads you think will go with the Titanic Beads? Any ideas? Leave me a comment on my youtube so we can put something together.

Wire Mesh Bangle – day 269
Hello! We are doing something new today, I will be sharing with you (paper bead fans), things that I did the previous night. So we get to hang out almost (hopefully) on a daily basis. I am more productive at night, I am awake when most people are asleep with Julius and Midas to keep me company. No, they are not men friends they are my two cats:) Anyway…..this is what I did.
