Olive Paper Beads Torsade

This necklace came about by experimenting how to do what I call a permanent torsade.  A torsade is usually done by twisting several strands of beads and then fastening the clasp to keep the torsade in place.  I find that when you strung them with wire and twist them, it stays in place and would lay beautifully on your neck.  I made this necklace with the extra small olive beads and glass beads.

I would like to try this with pearls and gem stones and maybe in white olive paper beads.

I have not done any video tutorial for this project, I thought that if there is enough request for a video tutorial then I would have to make time to do it.  So, please let me know if it is worth doing a tutorial on how to do this very easy simple style of making a torsade necklace, I need at least 15 requests for a tutorial, you can leave me a comment or email me.

I love this necklace as well!. Janice, I would love you to do this tutorial!. I love all your videos, and I am learning so much from you and everyone here that shares their ideas!. I do check daily to see if you have up loaded any new videos, which I think alot of people do too, but I’m sure alot of them just don’t post on blogs and such.
I look forward to your blog on a daily basis to see what you and others come up with.
