These big bicone paper beads are made using several strips of paper, pretty much the same way that the saucer shape beads are made. They are so smooth and nice to the touch, they look like wood beads only more vibrant in colors!
I’m sure you are familiar with the Gaelic style of weaving beads, the same technique is used here using a matching gold leather and silk cord.
One of my finds is a big brass vintage button that just go perfectly, don’t you think?

I love these big bicone beads! I guess I’ll never figure out quite how to make them however this is a great bracelet! How smart to use a button as a clasp! Love it!
