Beaded Balls – day 57
I have been making a lot of stuff lately using the tiny paper beads. I remember making rosary beads in high school by beading around a big hole bead with seed beads. This is kind of the same technique except I am using paper beads around a painted wood bead.

I love how this came out, they look chunky but at the same time so feminine, don’t you think?

I used thin fishing line to string the beads and sew it around the wood bead. I wanted to make a necklace but did not have enough of the wooden bead.

It is a beautiful day today despite the threat of possible torrent, more beautiful because Kayla and I are going to a gem fair today in Costa Mesa, yay!!!! Whatever great finds we bring with us I will be sharing with my readers, so stay tuned for a giveaway 🙂
Paper Bead Clusters
I think the word cluster is a more appropriate name for these paper bead balls, because it is a cluster of tiny paper beads and seed beads all bunched up together to form kind of a ball. We are coming up with a ring to go with it, we’ll see how that will turn up, in the meantime here’s the Paper Bead Clusters Necklace and Earrings:

This will look pretty all year round

If you wind it on your wrist three times it will look like this or you can make a bracelet as well

Another day of turning ordinary to extraordinary!
