A Gallery Of Necklaces – day 253-257

Posted on Mar 13, 2012 in 365 Paper Bead Creations | 4 comments

I find that magazine colors is well presented using gold findings.  Paper beads when well made can hold its own when paired with crystals and semi precious stones.  Here’s five necklaces using different beads on gold chains, definitely wearable!  These five designs mainly use the bicone beads.

Small Round beads in tassel form as pendant.

Deep blue crystals as accents.

I call this Romancing the Stone:)

Last but not least, dancing bicone charms.

If I were to ask your opinion, which one appeals to you the most and why?  I would love to hear what you think.

You want your beads to be preserved forever?  Showcase them in metal findings and set them with resin or diamond glaze.  This way you can admire and your beads and it hides whatever flaws they may have.  But then again, I always say that flaws give a piece character because nobody is perfect right?

The paper cocoons that we make like the paper bead saucers have amazing colors, showing off beautifully the magazine patterns and coloration.  Since Christmas is just around the corner I thought that they are great as Christmas Ornaments.
