One of my “to do list” is to learn chain maille, it looks complicated to me but I know it’s just a matter of learning it and basically just try, right? When I saw the EZ Jump Ring Maker, I thought of giving it a try. Here’s what I made using the peacock blue artistic wire.

It comes with instructions and everything but here’s a video on how I did it.
….showing you how to put a simple bracelet together.
It’s fun to learn something new and try different things, so many things to do…..

Several magazine strips are tightly coiled into a big button bead or saucer shape bead. I love how you can see the swirls of colors that look like tree rings. This Big Medallion Pendant is one nice conversation piece!

This has just a very organic feel to it. It hangs from brown silk cord hand knotted with small round paper beads. I just love how this turned out.

This is a fun project although a lot of work went into it. You ask, what is it for? Well, imagine your desk without it, now imagine it with the ball on top of it. You get compliments because it is a true conversation piece!

….and it is a real ball! I actually played it with it:)
I was looking at the boring twig balls and decided to dress it up with paper beads.

These beads are made from left over scraps of gift wrapping paper. I love how it has all the pastel colors that signifies spring! It has been crazy (good) in our shop lately, we realized that we haven’t done anything for Easter. Kayla, put this together just for you 🙂

I hope you have a wonderful Easter and Early Spring!

I love using gem stones with paper beads because it does not only give it more value it makes you appreciate more the beauty of paper beads. Bicone shape paper beads are wire wrapped and mixed with jasper, adventurine and onyx.

Big wire loops are part of the design….

I love how this piece turned out.
