Meshed – day 95
I had fun discovering how to encased small round paper beads in a mesh using craft wire. I made them into smaller balls for earrings and larger balls for pendant.
Small round paper beads are also embedded in the balls holding its shape.
I love the different colors that artistic wire came up with, my favorite is magenta.
Here it is in silver.
Chain Reaction – day 94
I love long necklaces because you can wear them in many ways; double it up, as a bracelet or layer them with other necklace. The Chained Reaction Necklace is done by first stringing tiny paper beads into a hoop earring finding and then connected to each other.
The result is casual chic 🙂
Clustered In Magenta – day 93
I have been doing a lot of wire crochet lately, they are very simple to do and yet the effect…. well, you be the judge. I did this in magenta colored wire with small and medium size paper beads.
The nice thing about crocheted wire, they can expand and you can crunched them up to make it smaller.
I also love the fact that the beads just seem to float on the crocheted piece.
Heartfelt Summer Wishes – day 92
I can see a riot of beautiful flowers across the field of vibrant green grass……Heartfelt Necklace brings out the poet in me 🙂 I just love the colors of the paper beads which are carefully hand selected to match the enameled heart pendant.
The heart pendant is one of our finds, it was hanging on a ball chain and I thought that does not do it justice!
Just perfect for a first wedding anniversary present.
