Eco Beads Pendant – day 169

I have a new source for beads and I am happy to share them with you.  Did you know that Jewelry Television (JTV) does not just sell finished high end jewelry pieces but also carries beads, tools and findings for jewelry making?  Not only they are equipped with supplies they have tutorials and experts that can take you from beginner beader to intermediate.  From browsing through their tons of beads I have discovered their Eco Beads, hand crafted beads from nature made of fully recyclable and renewable materials.  This beautiful focal bead is from them!

Green Agate Going Green – day 168

Posted on Jun 27, 2011 in 365 Paper Bead Creations | 1 comment

The Green Agate And Green Beads is just another version of the Red Jasper Necklace.  This is a big piece and it is not for the faint of heart but also my favorite piece!  JTV’s Jewel School has several different stick beads including hematite.   The moss green agate is pretty too, they are just perfect for paper beads.

My trip to Jewelry Television was an amazing experience!  Imagine being in a candy store except they were just eye candy:)  If  you are interested in learning how to make jewelry but don’t know where to start, JTV’s Jewel School is the best online tutorials to go to.  I picked up a few strands to mix with our paper beads, this one is with the red jasper.
