Pendulum Pair – day 177
Another easy breezy pair of earrings. This is a great way to display those special beads you made and you only need two! They look so pretty hanging from your ears, swinging back and forth, back and forth………
How To: Take an eye pin the length of your bead. For this pair I use a one inch eye pin, put your paper bead and do another simple loop on the other end. Open the loops and attached you chain. The whole process takes 5 minutes.

We are gearing up for the L.A. Gift Show in July and we’re looking for something inexpensive, easy to make but has the “wow” factor! The answer? Magazine Rings in all colors; topped with charms or crystals they are a sure conversation piece.
What’s amazing about these beads is that they are reversible, it’s kind of hard to decide which side you want to show.
We made quite a few of them, topped with different coordinating crystals.
The swirls look like tree rings so I named them Magazine Rings.
I made one with a dragon fly charm on a chain, this is whimsical and playful.

Citrine is one of my favorite gem stone, I love the yellow-brown color of the stone so rich almost like gold. It also happens to be the birthstone for the month of November and the accepted gem for 13th and 17th wedding anniversary. It is just the perfect back drop of the paisley paper bead that Kayla made. The finished Paper and Gems Set necklace and bracelet is indeed fit for a wedding anniversary.
The reddish brown garnet chips also complements the citrine and paper beads. You would be surprised to find that the gem stones in chips form are not that expensive but elevates paper beads as an elegant piece of jewelry.
A two strand bracelet to match
It is definitely casual chic!
What do you do with your paper beads?
