Posted on Apr 23, 2011 in 365 Paper Bead Creations | 2 comments

I love using gem stones with paper beads because it does not only give it more value it makes you appreciate more the beauty of paper beads.  Bicone shape paper beads are wire wrapped and mixed with jasper, adventurine and onyx.

Posted on Apr 21, 2011 in 365 Paper Bead Creations | 1 comment

Paper Bead tubes in what I call parfait colors are attached to a metal chain, for an eclectic look.  I love mixing metal and paper sometimes, kind of hot and cold, water and fire in the spirit of opposites definitely attracts!

Flower Medallion Pendant – day 109

Posted on Apr 20, 2011 in 365 Paper Bead Creations | 1 comment

I love how this Flower Medallion turned out, it started out as a project following a certain pattern and ended up as being free form.  I love using the small paper beads for weaving projects that calls for seed beads, like wire work and peyote stitch, which I want to try one of these days.

I have a video I want to share with you on this piece…..

I love the fact that it can be worn in different ways.

I made little earrings from the left over fresh water pearls with just the hematite color seed beads to match.  I love when you wear matching pieces as long as it’s not too matchy, matchy  🙂
