Paper beads and glass pearls make such an elegant combination.  The unique color of the paper beads used for this project, which is an off white or beige color  about 7mm in size (Buy Paper Beads) combined with swarovski glass pearls and pink seed beads, look so feminine together.

 The paper beads have bigger holes and would need spacers like silver spacers, metal beads or seed beads in size 80 or 60.

Breast Cancer Awareness month is in October, but the color pink welcomes spring, summer and fun lazy days.  I had several requests for paper beads jewelry in pink, and the other day I got the paper beads with hues of pink, purple and gray in them.  It inspired me to come up with these necklaces.

I made this necklace with pastel pink paper beads (Aubrey’s Beads), and mixed it with left over beads; white quarts, dyed pink pearls and pink firepolish crystals.  It is about 28 inches long and looks pretty worn long or as double strand.

This is a very elegant piece, and can be worn casual or formal.  The fresh water pearls I put in just took it up a notch.  Pink and pearls together is very feminine, you put it on and you instantly feel pretty.  The paper beads make it so light and dainty.  You can of course make this in different colors and use whatever leftover beads you have in your box.
