Browns, greens, red and other earth colors swirls around these bangles made up of tube paper beads mixed with glass with the different color of the cane glass showing through. It looks like what I call “organized chaos” because once you put it on it just looks good together.

It also reminds me of licorice

Today, Kayla and I will be setting up our booth at the CHA, couldn’t wait to share with you how it will look like, we have a bigger booth this time! Hooray for paper beads!

Black and White Giveaway

It’s a beautiful Monday today, hence I decided to do a Give Away! Leave me a comment telling me what it is made of, the kind of paper I used and we will pick out a winner on Wednesday.

The focal bead is black agate and the beads in between are hematite and daisy spacers.

It is strung on elastic and so it fits most if not I would be willing to adjust the size and I would even ship International to be fair to my readers far and wide:)

Ultra Long Paper Bead Necklace

Kayla made this necklace to be extra long, about 52 inches so it can be worn doubled up or just as it is. These are made with the longest paper bead tube that we have, 1 1/4 inch long and 1/4 inch wide. They are just perfect for these extra long necklace. I imagine wearing these with just a simple silver hoop earrings to go with the silver links.

Here it is worn long, like this. You can mix this with other silver chains that you may have……

We put a clasp on it so it can also be worn layered

Another day of taking the ordinary to extraordinary!

Paper Beads Ladder Bracelet With Wire

I had a tutorial on the ladder bracelet using wire and showed the how to steps with pictures. I want to make it easier and this time did a video, I learned a lot by watching other people’s video. This style is great for the one inch tube paper beads or 3/4 inch paper beads you have. It displays your nice beads well on your wrist.

Paper Bead Christmas Star Ornament

This Christmas instead of sending Christmas cards I thought making Christmas star ornament from paper beads for my clients and contacts in the home care industry. The star ornament reminds me of Christmas lanterns we hung from our windows as a child. I know they will think about me as they hang these little star ornament on their Christmas trees.

The materials used for this project: paper bead tubes (I’m sure by now you have made quite a few), 3-4mm glass beads or crystals, 24 gauge craft wire and ribbon. The paper bead tubes are made with the bamboo rollers we have and you can use your leftover holiday paper.

I thought that the little star ornament would also be nice as a gift tag.

I think this would be nice also as a garland and hang it up by the fire place or around your Christmas Tree.
