Reuse Egg Cartons for Paper Beads

An egg carton is one of those perfect containers for small things like beads (specially seed beads), paper clips etc.  Just to make it more fun and to give color to a desk or work space you can paint it with leftover craft paint.  I made one, and put a handle to it to hold my paper beads which are really small.  It is the perfect container when you want to separate colors and size.  The handle is fashioned from a leftover craft wire, you just punch a hole or just stick it into the carton and wrap it around one or two times, and so with the other side, it make it easy to carry around.

  1. I have been using the clear egg carton for bead sorting and storage, it works well, but I like your idea better. The little wire handle is cute, and the idea of painting the cups would really speed up sorting. Bravo!
